Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet (thigh), 360 gr.
- Potatoes, 400 gr.
- Green apple, 1 PC.
- Onion 1 PC.
- Tomatoes, 2-3 PCs.
- Butter, 10 gr.
- Parsley
- Rosemary
- Garlic, 2 cloves
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash apple and tomatoes, cut into slices, remove the core from the apple. Onions clean, cut into half rings, garlic and leaves of rosemary finely chop.
Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, fry in a hot pan with a little oil for 15 minutes and transfer to a separate bowl.
In the pan where the potatoes were cooked, add two tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the chicken for a minute and a half on each side over high heat, salt and shift into a baking dish.
Melt the butter in a pan and fry over high heat the apples for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add onions to apples, fry for a minute, add fried potatoes, salt, stir and turn off the heat.
In the baking dish add potatoes with apples and onions, sprinkle with rosemary and garlic and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Spread on top of tomatoes, salt and bake for five minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley.
