Today we will prepare a famous Azerbaijani soup «Kufta bozbash». The recipe is not authentic, but very tasty )).

Ingredients:
- Minced meat (lamb or beef), 400 gr.
- Onion, 1 PC.
- Potatoes, 2-3 PCs.
- Peas, 60-70 gr.
- Plums, 2-3 PCs.
- 1.5 liters of beef broth or stock cubes per volume of water
- Ground cumin, 0.5 tsp.
- Hot pepper
- Black pepper
- Butter
- Salt
In minced add Cumin, salt, pepper, knead and sculpt large meatballs, placing in the center of each 0.5 of plum:
Potatoes clean and cut into large slices.
Bring the broth to a boil (or boil a liter and a half of water and breed stock cubes) and cook the meatballs, peas and potatoes until tender.
The algorithm depends on peas. If it is crushed and fast-cooking, then first load the potatoes and meatballs, cook for 10-15 minutes, put the peas and cook for another fifteen minutes.
If the peas are whole, then first load it, cook for half an hour, add potatoes with meatballs and cook for another 25-30 minutes.
While soup is cooked, cut the onion in rings and fry in butter for three minutes.
Load the onion into the finished soup, there also send a hot pepper (adjust the number yourself), turn off the fire and let it brew for ten minutes.
Served with greens (preferably with cilantro).
