Today we will prepare the classics of Spanish cuisine-paella.

Ingredients:
- Rice, 200 gr.
- Shrimp, 200 gr.
- Mushrooms, 200 gr.
- Tomato
- Dry white wine, 150 ml
- Onions
- Hot pepper,
- Turmeric
- Herbs to taste (here oregano)
- Salt, olive oil
Onions cut into small cubes and fry in a pan in olive oil for three minutes.
Mushrooms cut into medium pieces, add to the pan and fry for three minutes.
Peel the tomato, cut into small cubes, add to the pan and cook for five minutes.
Fill the shrimp with warm water for ten minutes, then thoroughly clean.
In the pan, load the washed rice, turmeric, pepper, herbs, pour the wine and the amount of water to cover the rice. Salt to taste.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a minimum and cook under the lid until cooked rice (fifteen minutes), then put the shrimp.
If the shrimp is raw, then warm them to redness, if boiled-ice cream, then two minutes.
Serve.
