Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin, 360 gr.
- Gorgonzola cheese, 50 gr.
- Sour cream, 20%, 60 gr.
- Green onion
- Black pepper, salt, olive oil
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Meat cut into medallions to a thickness of 4 cm, sprinkle with salt. Cheese rub on a fine grater, onions cut finely.
Mix sour cream, cheese and onions (you can add a few drops of lemon juice, but it is not necessary).
Heat two tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meat on maximum heat for two minutes on each side.
Bake in the oven for 7 minutes, pull out and add the sauce.
Bake for another 3 minutes, pull out of the oven, leave alone for 5 minutes and serve.
