Today we will cook stew from mussels, shrimps and squid.
On garnish I have pasta Orzo, but you can use anything — spaghetti, tagliatelle, ptitim, and potatoes will also be delicious )).

Ingredients:
- Dry white wine, 50 ml
- Mussels, 200 gr.
- Shrimps, 8-10 PCs.
- Squid, 1 PC.
- Cream-cheese, 140 gr.
- Parsley
- Celery, 40 gr.
- Shallots, 1 PC.
- Garlic, 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
Shallots, garlic and celery clean, cut into small cubes. Chop the parsley smaller, clean the shrimp, cut the squid rings.
Heat a little vegetable oil in a pan and fry onions, garlic and celery over high heat for 3-4 minutes.
Add wine, cook for 2 minutes, put mussels, squid rings and shrimp). Fry, stirring, 2-3 minutes.
Pour 150 ml of hot water, add cream-cheese, salt to taste and cook for 2 minutes. Add parsley, stir and remove from heat.
Served with a garnish.
