Tagliatelle with shrimp in Thai style

Ingredients:

  • Tagliatelle, 200 gr.
  • Shrimp are large, 4-6 pieces.
  • Peas (in pods), 60 gr.
  • Lime, 1 PC.
  • Leaves of Kaffir lime, 3-4 pieces.
  • Sugar, 10 gr.
  • Soy sauce, 20 ml
  • Garlic, 1 clove
  • Chili pepper, 1 PC.
  • Salt, olive oil

Rub the lime zest, finely chop the cilantro (with stems), garlic and pepper (the amount depends on your love for spicy).

Mix everything with half sugar, 4 tablespoons olive oil, salt to taste.

Boil the water, add the leaves of Kaffir lime, a few drops of lime juice, salt, cook tagliatelle 7-10 minutes.

Drain the water, remove the lime leaves, add the dressing, stir.

Clean the shrimp and cut in half lengthways. Peas in pods cut into medium pieces.

Heat a little olive oil in a pan and fry the shrimp over high heat for one minute.

Add peas, remaining sugar, soy sauce, fry for 1.5 minutes and remove from heat.
