
Here are the results from my facebook live bread video yesterday! 🍞
It went crazy! I made two batches: I put the dough into my cool oven, as I was already using the dehydrator for the first batch. It spilled over the top of the bowl during the first raising, and also during the second raising after portioning into loaves. It spilled over to the point where dough fell off down onto the oven floor!
This. Has. NEVER. Happened. Before.😅
All is well, however. Those 3 loaves look funny, but cut just right - neither too dense or hard OR soft and flakey. The cinnamon rolls and extra dough baked nicely.
But that is exactly why I LOVE this particular bread. As long as the yeast is fine, it normally comes out. If it doesn't, I tend to make a bread pudding or breadcrumbs out of it instead. It is NEVER a total failure.😊

This first photo is of the loaves after raising for the second and final time. They should NOT look deflated.. but they do, and shit happens. They turned out great though, and I might just do this on purpose next time. The dough raised so much it literally stuck to the towel! Ha!
