Stewed fish with Sophora flower pancake 槐花饼子炖鱼

When my husband got home from work, he brought some sophora flowers back home again . He wanted to cook the sophora pancake . Ok, that is my favourite food. . It’s really delicious after cooking it with the fish . Now I will share it with you , my dear steemians.

Ingredients:

Sophora
soybean
Corn meal
Baking soda
Wild big yellow croaker
Ginger
Peanut oil
Pepper
soy sauce
salt
sugar

methods:

First take the yellow croaker from the fridge, wash it, remove the viscera and gill, cut it into pieces, so that it is easy to stew. Put it in a small bowl, and use soy sauce, sugar, salt, onion and ginger for more than 10 minutes.

晚上下班回家,老公又拎回来一些槐花,说是做槐花饼子。好吧, 饼子也是我最喜欢吃的, 没有之一,在饼子面前,本来想减肥的我,也只能宣告暂时不能减肥,先满足一下口福再说。说做就做,这么新鲜的槐花,一定要吃个新鲜。没想到今年的槐花,我还真是过足了瘾。

材料:
槐花
黄豆
玉米面
小苏打
野生大黄花鱼
葱姜
花生油
麻椒
酱油

做法:

先从冰箱里拿出黄花鱼,洗净,去掉内脏和腮,切成块,这样便于炖。放到小盆里,用酱油,糖,盐,葱姜 腌制10多分钟。

腌制鱼的时间,准备好贴饼子的材料。 将槐花洗净,开水料一下,然后凉水泡一会儿。
将早上泡好的黄豆,用榨汁机粉碎成糊,放上两勺玉米面,一点小苏打,槐花控净水分,放到黄豆玉米面里,搅拌均匀。

铁锅里放油,烧热,放入花椒粒,出香气后,放入腌制好的鱼,加水,水一定要莫过鱼。差不多烧开的时候, 用手把玉米面团城圆形,贴到锅上。

锅必须热的,饼子才能贴上去。 贴好后, 盖上盖,大约12分钟,关火,焖一会儿。 这样槐花饼子炖鱼就好了。

我这火候有点大了, 结果炖鱼变成了干烧鱼了,哈哈,不过依然非常好吃。甚至比汤汁多的时候还好吃,因为很入味。

美味面前真的是无法抵挡,饼子就着鱼, 我一下吃了3个小饼子,小饼子有着豆面的香味,也参着槐花淡淡的清香,吃完之后真是唇齿留香,还有什么比这更好吃的呢? 其实黄豆玉米面本身就好吃, 再加上香甜清淡的槐花,这饼子真的是没谁了。如果你喜欢, 也尝试着做吧, 我相信你在美味面前也会无法抵挡的。
