During my stay in Dandong city , a snack that is unforgettable for me is Guangdong steamed intestine powder which is eaten in Andong old street. Though I have seen this food in Dalian , but never eat it. I ordered one and ate it joyfully . it was so tender and delicious that made me unforgettable .
The snack cooked by a dad and his daughter. The girl is so young just about over twenty , she looks not only pretty but her actions are so fast . one must be finished in five minutes. You can imagine how much she will earned in a day , each for at least ten yuan .
The daughter is responsible for making the intestine powder, and her father is responsible for packing, with the seasoning. There are some people waiting for the snack around their table. When the snack is ok ,you can put the juice by what you want .
In a word , there are so many tastes for you , you can choose what you like . I chose the shrimp one and divided it into two parts. One is with hot and sour , the other one is with slightly spicy .
Untill now , I still remember its crisp , delicious and fresh. No wonder so many people like to eat it.
I have to say that our motherland is really vast, and the food in all parts of the places is innumerable. The food in each place has its different flavor. When you eat the delicious food , you can also learn a lot from eating , understand its culture and history . There is a saying : “Reading thousands of books is less than travelling thousands of miles.” It’s a really right sentence.

在丹东游玩了两天，其中最让我难忘的就是在安东老街吃的广东肠粉了。这种小吃虽然大连也见到，但是还没吃过。这次在安东老街让了过了把瘾。嫩滑，好吃，让人难忘。 有关安东老街以后的帖子还会涉及。
广东肠粉的做法其实也不复杂。老街卖肠粉的是父女二人，女儿年级不大，大约20刚出头。长的漂亮，手脚也麻利，动作十分娴熟，基本上5分钟就做好一份，而每份肠粉的价格基本都在10元以上，买肠粉的人又特别多，可以想象一下，她这一天，利润也是相当可观的了。
女儿负责做肠粉，父亲负责包装，配调料，父女二人生意兴隆，摊位前站着许多排队买肠粉吃的人，看这情形，我都想卖肠粉赚钱了，生意确实好。我看她动作麻利，在不锈钢板上倒上一勺米汤，往前一推，米汤均匀的挂在了钢板上，然后，放上玉米粒，虾仁，一点蔬菜，然后上笼屉蒸。蒸的时候，开始做下一份，这样，这个做好了，下一份就熟了，依次类推，忙个不停。
熟了的时候，拿着铲子往前一推，然后切成段，装盒或者小碗里，配上调好的酱汁，喜欢吃酸的，辣的，甜的，可以自己调口味。馅料也有虾仁，火腿肠，肉类 等等，依照个人口味随意点。
我要了一份虾仁肠粉，分成了两份，放了点酸辣的，还有一份微麻辣的，特别好吃，虾仁脆嫩，肠粉爽滑，难怪这么多人喜欢吃呢。
我们的祖国真是地大物博，全国各地的美食也数不胜数，每个地方的美食都有着不同的风味，在品尝美食的过程中，也会了解很多的民俗和文化。
