πŸ‘‰Version franΓ§aise/ French version here!😊

My dear steem friends,

As promised yesterday in my post on "Steepshot", here is the recipe you all expected!
I tested for you this healthy and really easy dessert! You have no excuses, you must try it urgently! ^^
This Pudding can be enjoyed at the end of a meal as a dessert or at breakfast as I did this morning. I discovered this dessert during my brunch last Sunday in Paris and I wanted to try to make my own version and I am delighted with the result. 😊
I will write a post very soon on this gluten-free super brunch that I discovered with my friend @frenchlondoner. Without any doubt the best gluten-free brunch in the Capital! Stay tuned to find out ... ;-).
In the meantime, I'm giving you my version of the Coconut-Chia-Tapioca Pudding.

With this recipe, I will prove to you that it is possible to have food intolerances and to eat healthy and tasty things! I want to share with you my gastronomic discoveries and recipes compatible with a "special diet" or simply with a "normal diet" (amazing, no ?!). Even if you are not intolerant, taking care of your body and diet is necessary to make you feel good ... πŸ˜‹

If you try this recipe, do not hesitate to tell me! ^^
For sure, this dessert will be unanimous!

🍌 πŸ“ 🍚 Flamingirl's Coconut-Chia-Tapioca Pudding 🍚 πŸ“ 🍌

Easy & Yummy!!!

Preparation time: 5 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Total: 15 min

My secrets ingredients:

(For 4 ramekins)

β™‘ 200 ml coconut cream
β™‘ 100 gr chia seeds
β™‘ 50 gr tapioca pearls
β™‘ 1 tablespoon honey (Manuka or flowers)
β™‘ some seasonal fruits
β™‘ vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1:

Heat the coconut cream in a saucepan over low heat. When the cream appears almost hot, stop the fire and add the honey spoon, the chia seeds and the tapioca pearls on the mixture. Stir constantly so that it does not make lumps. Add a few drops of vanilla extract and stir again. Let the mixture rest for a few minutes so that the seeds and tapioca swell.

Step 2:

Fill the four ramekins and leave to cool. It's even better after a few hours in the fridge.
Add some fresh fruit to each ramekin and enjoy!

The recipe is completed in 5 minutes and is full of vitamins (Chia seeds that come from South America are rich in Omega 3, vitamins E, B1 and B3). It's easy, delicious and especially satisfying!

This dessert is fully compatible with many diets or dietary restrictions (no gluten, no refined sugar, no dairy products). So let yourself be tempted! = D

I let you try this recipe and tell me what you think! ;)
