Today I share with you my secret for a yummy π ππΏ Spinach Lasagne 100% vegan π ππΏ!

π π πΏ Spinach Lasagna Recipe 100% vegan πΏ π π
Yummy & very Easy!!!
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Total: 45 min
My secrets ingredients:
(for 4 portions):
β‘ 1 onion
β‘ 1 clove of garlic
β‘ 1 kg fresh or frozen spinach
β‘ 4 cups tomato sauce
β‘ pasta special for lasagne (gluten free if you're intolerant)
β‘ 350g vegan bΓ©chamel sauce
β‘ 5 Paris mushroom (fresh)
β‘ 1 tablespoon organic olive oil
β‘ salt & pepper
β‘ nutmeg
β‘ 1/2 bunch flat parsley (optionnal)
Preparation
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180ΒΊ.
Step 2: Put the olive oil to heat in a pan. Add garlic and onions cut into small pieces. Cook them in the pan for a few minutes until golden brown.
Step 3: Add the spinach. You will see, they will decrease a lot! And cook for 5 minutes to reduce.
Step 4: Put bechamel sauce in spinach and mix. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Put a layer of tomato sauce in a rectangular pan. Cover with lasagna dough (pasta). Add the spinach / bΓ©chamel layer and repeat the action.
Step 6: Finish with the finely chopped mushrooms on top of the lasagna. Cook for 30 minutes at 180ΒΊ (rotating heat).
