It's another beautiful day in the Garden of Eden, so it's time for another beautiful feast!
We always have an abundance of food, and it is a great pleasure to share it!
Per our standards, we prepared our high vibe meal on rocket stoves built out of dirt by hand, and burned wood that was otherwise headed to the landfill as fuel. Rather than creating trash to feed ourselves, we are actually consuming and alchemizing waste to nourish people!
Today we had a nice fresh, raw green salad, cabbage and onions, mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, sweet cherries, and a mushroom butternut squash lentil soup.
We love mashed potatoes!!! It takes a ginormous bowl to hold enough for the 20+ of us.
We sauteed a head of cabbage to get some nice sulfur, choline, phosphorus, B vitamins, magnesium, calcium, selenium, iron, protein, vitamin K, vitamin C, manganese, fiber, potassium, and copper. Yummy!!!
We grilled corn on the cob for a classic summer time treat.
We rounded out our meal with a big pot of hearty lentil soup in a mushroom-butternut squash broth to get even more B vitamins, iron, protein, zinc, and potassium!
Food is important and we hope to inspire people to really take time to eat, enjoy it, and share it with someone you love. We also hope to inspire more and more sustainable practices in regards to food.
