看了 SmaStation 的推介，於是去了這間位於新大久保車站附近的一間有趣食店，傳統醬油蘸的そば大家常常吃，用豆乳蘸的又如何？這間很受女性歡迎的食店為你帶來新感覺！

After watching a famous Japanese TV program “SMASTATION”, I went to this restaurant. Traditionally, Japanese eats soba with soy sauce. However, this restaurant provides soy milk soba! It attracted many female guests going there.

這是一間 Cafe 形式的食店，店內妝飾很女性化，而最特別是他的菜式，料理人大膽創新，用不同的西式食材和風風味，創作出意想不到的菜式。

The restaurant was a café decorated style one. The chef designed many east meets west style dishes. So creative and healthy ones.

其中季節限定的「夏 とうもろこしの豆乳スムージーつけ蕎麦」，豆乳沾汁蕎麥麵是大手女性歡迎的推介。

I ordered the season limited dish, soy bean milk soba that are welcomed by Japanese ladies.

剛過食店的那天是炎炎夏日，這碗豆漿占汁蕎麥面非常清熱，冷豆乳幼滑鮮甜，醬中有脆麵包粒，是很有趣的口感。加上，與健康，外觀純潔，難怪那麼多女性食客這麼喜歡這一個菜式。

The day I went to this restaurant was summer time. The soyabean milk soba was so fresh and cold. Milk were sweet and healthy. The outlook looked pure and simple. Cooling down in summer, no doubt the dish was popular among ladies!
