
Simple Fried Rice Recipe
A simple and delicious Fried Rice recipe is certainly not inferior to a special one and it will be more special if the stomach is rumbling asking to be filled ... ha..ha ... Want to go out to the house to find a seller who usually closes, so if there is still white rice left and still worthy of being used as an impromptu fried rice menu soo ... there's nothing wrong if we make the fried rice ourselves. Ingredients :
- 5 white rice dishes
- 2 tablespoons of small anchovy, try not to salty it
Ground spices :
- 5 garlic cloves
- 7 shallots cloves
- 1 tomato
- all finely ground ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of finely ground chili
- 2 slices of sliced leeks
- 2 finely ground salted sticks
- 1 carrot cut into a box
- 1 tomato as decoration
- 2 cucumbers as decoration
- 1 loose shake egg
- Soy sauce to taste
- salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- oil to saute

Prepare all the ingredients

heat a little oil

fried anchovy to dry

lift and set aside

Enter 1 egg and then scrambled

add subtle spices ... cook until really fragrant

add chives then mix well

add finely ground red chili

stir and cook for a while

then add rice and anchovies and mix well ..

As I have @imarfood ulas, the simple fried rice recipe that I present is only for a few servings. So if you want more servings, you have to pay attention to the amount of marinade so that you still feel good. Now for those who don't like it spicy, the red chili seeds can be thrown away before they are rubbed so that the result will be slightly reduced in spicy taste but the reddish distinctive color of the fried rice is still visible.
