INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup water

- a few mint leaves

- 2 large leaves Kale

- 1 bunch of parsley leaves

- 1/2 small apple

- 1/2 tsp spirulina 

- o small banana

Just blend everything!

You'll love the taste of it!! Sweet, minty, refreshing and a little frothy.

All you need on a busy day! But you have to take your daily portion of vitamins. No matter what!
