Delicious Brownies

Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate 100 g
- Butter 180 g
- Brown sugar 200 g
- Egg chicken 4 pieces
- Wheat flour 100 g
- Walnuts 100 g
Preparation:
Chop the chocolate into pieces and, together with butter, melt in a water bath, without stopping to stir all the time with a spatula or a wooden spoon. The resulting thick chocolate sauce is removed from the water bath and left to cool.
Meanwhile, mix the eggs with a hundred grams of brown sugar: break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat, gradually adding sugar. You can whip with a mixer or manually - as you like - but not less than two and a half or three minutes.
With a sharp knife on a cutting board chop the walnuts. Preliminary they can be fried in a dry frying pan until the aroma appears, but this is an optional option.
In the cooled chocolate melted with butter, gently add the remaining sugar, then flour and chopped nuts and mix well with a whisk.
Then pour sugar-egg mixture and mix thoroughly with chocolate mass. The color of the test should be uniform, without divorce.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. The bottom of a small deep refractory mold is to lined with a sheet of baking paper or tracing paper. Pour the dough into the mold. To put in an oven and to bake twenty five - thirty minutes before occurrence of a sugar crust.
Pull the cake out of the oven, let cool and cut into squares with a sharp knife or pizza knife - so the pieces will turn out to be particularly smooth.
You can serve brownie just like that, but you can sprinkle sugar powder on top or spread out squares on plates and decorate each serving with a vanilla ice cream ball.
