I was excited to know that Shake Shack, one of the most well-known American fast casual restaurants based in New York City, has come to Hong Kong! 🍔 Though it seems to be less famous than In-N-Out Burger (which hasn't entered the Hong Kong market yet), it's the FIRST "burger restaurant" EVER opened in the International Financial Centre Mall in Hong Kong!!! 🍷 So, my friends and I decided to pay it a visit :) Do you wanna know how the food taste, and if there are any Hong Kong exclusive products? If the answer is yes, then LET'S GO!!! 🍻
得知來自美國紐約的快速休閒餐廳——Shake Shack來香港的時候，我興奮極了！🍔雖然有人說它沒有In-N-Out Burger (目前還沒打入香港市場)這麼出名，但它可是第一個進駐香港國際金融中心商場的漢堡店哦！🍷 所以，我和朋友們打算去試試:) 大家想不想知道這裏的東西好不好吃、有沒有為香港設計獨有的食品呢？如果答案是「對」的話，就讓我們開始吧！！🍻
The Environment 🎄環境
A picture is worth a thousand words. As you can see, the environment is nearly perfect. Located on the top floor of the International Financial Centre Mall, the restaurant enjoys pleasant sea view and fresh air. 🌊 I beg it looks even prettier in the evening with those sparking little lights 💡:))
一張照片勝過千言萬語。大家都看到了，這裏的環境簡直是一流。這家餐廳位於國際金融中心商場的最高層，有著怡人的海景和清新的空氣。🌊 我敢說因為這些小燈，這裏的景色在晚上會更美呢！💡:))
We arrived at the restaurant at around 11:45, and there had already been a quite long queue. If you're planning to go, please don't forget to avoid rush hour for it's ALWAYS crowded, especially around lunch time!! The waitress gave us a menu while we were waiting so that we could have plenty of time deciding what to eat! 🥂
我們大約在11:45來到餐廳，而我們到達時已經有一條長長的隊伍了。如果大家準備去的話，一定記得避開繁忙時間哦！因為這裏一向都人頭湧湧，特別是在午飯時間呢！！在我們排隊的時候，服務員給了我們一張餐單，好讓我們有足夠的時間選擇食物！🥂
We saw this when we entered the restaurant. HOW CUTE!!!! If you have a pet, you might consider buying this tank to your puppy or kitty!!🐕🐈 Well, it's pretty expensive, I have to say ;pp
我們排著排著隊看到了這個——太可愛了！！如果你有小寵物的話，你可以考慮給他/她買一件小衣服哦！🐕🐈不過，這裏賣得好貴 ;pp

The Menu 🍟 餐單
There's a wide range of products to be chosen from, although it seems to be less diverse than that in London. 🇬🇧 Look at the bottom of the page (the above picture) - there's a set called Bag-O-Bones!!! Haha next time maybe you should bring your beloved pet here and treat him/her a Shake Shack feast!!! 🐶 And now let's look at the next page. WOWW, there's a milk shake exclusive to Hong Kong called "Milk Tea Shake" !!! I'd definitely try this:))
這裏有許多不同種類的食物可供選擇，雖然看起來比倫敦的分店少一些🇬🇧。快看頁尾（上圖）！他們還有特別為寵物準備的Bag-O-Bones套餐呢！！哈哈，如果你有寵物的話，下次不妨帶著他/她來試試Shake Shack大餐哦！🐶 現在就看看餐單的另一頁吧。WOWWW，他們竟然推出了香港獨有的「奶茶奶昔」！！我可是一定要試試這個呢:))
The Food 🍔 食物
We ordered a Shake Stack (Cheese burger & mushroom 🍄), Chick'n Shack (Crispy chicken breast & pickles & buttermilk herb mayo), Shake Burger (Cheese burger), Cheese Fries 🍟, Milk Tea Shake (Vanilla frozen custard blended with black tea for a Shack-style version of Milk Tea) and Vanilla Shake.🥛
我們點了Shake Stack （芝士漢堡 & 蘑菇 🍄）、Chick'n Shack （脆雞胸肉 & 醃黃瓜 & 蛋黃醬）、Shake Burger （芝士漢堡）、芝士薯條 🍟，還有奶茶和香草奶昔。

The bread and sauce was REALLY NICE, and the vegetables were fresh:) However, I have to say that the chicken meat is far from juicy, if not too dry :'(
他們的麵包和醬汁很好吃，生菜也很新鮮:) 不過，我不得不說雞肉有些乾，一點都不多汁:'(
On the other hand, the Shake Stack tasted good according to my friend. The beef patty (100% all-natural Angus beef) was juicy and tender. Moreover, the deep fried portobello mushroom is a must try, especially for vegetarians. 🌱
不過我朋友說，他們的Shake Stack是很不錯的！牛肉（100%天然安格斯牛肉）十分柔軟多汁，波特貝勒菇絕對值得一試，尤其是對素食者來說。🌱
I liked the Cheese Fries while my friend thought they were just average ;pp However, what we all agreed on was that the milk shakes were TOO SWEET!!! 🍬Actually I was kinda disappointed at the Milk Tea Shake - not only because of its sweetness, but also the fact that it didn't like authentic Hong Kong milk tea. Am I too demanding? 🤣
個人來說芝士薯條也非常好吃，不過我朋友就認為它普普通通;pp 不過我們都一致認同，他們的奶昔太甜了！！！🍬 說實在的，我對他們的奶茶奶昔有點失望。不僅是甜度的關係，而且還因為它喝起來不太像地道的港式奶茶！！！我......是不是要求太高了？🤣
Interesting Fact: Shake Shack sprouted from a hot dog cart in Madison Square Park in Manhattan to support the Madison Square Park Conservancy’s first art installation🎨. The cart was quite a success, with people lined up daily for THREE summers! In 2004, a permanent kiosk opened in the park. It marked the birth of Shake Shack:)
趣味小知識：Shake Shack從前只是一個位於曼哈頓Madison Square公園的一個不起眼的熱狗攤檔，它是為了配合公園保育活動的首次藝術展覽而開張的🎨。不過，這個小攤檔得到了意想不到的好評，連續3年都有源源不斷的人來排隊買熱狗！在2004年，一個永久性的食物亭在這個公園開張了，這標誌著Shake Shack的誕生:)
