{Hearken to the call of the Yuletide! Hearken, flying spirits! Hearken to the silent prayers and thou shall find thy home! Hearken to the Winteric whistling of the wind! Hearken, travelling explorers! Hearken to bird's tweet and thou shall know where thou is in any forest! Hearken! Hearken and thou shall have an advantage over all those that can listen but choose not to! Hearken yet remember to give help to those who cannot listen! Hearken and relay to those that life choose not to blessed with hearing! Hearken!... Today's post will contain an unrelated fifty-word tasker, sincerely unrelated @bananafish's Mizu No Oto haiku contest entry and an entry to @vermillionfox's Fox Tales contest. Well I guess they're related but I won't spoil the beans on why that's such the case. Anywho, today's post was supposed to be a co-written post with @calluna; however since she wasn't feeling good, we decided to not release it today. Thus I shall break from my regular posting schedule and post today, Sunday and Monday. Saturday being the expected day of the posting of the co-written post. Anyways, if yah can, send some love her way and support her; I can only do so much! (But expect no post on Xmas day ye pecknecks)... Today's music-aide: "Cursed Stories" [1.] (Myuu, YT).}

- A summoning -
"Eye of Newt, I cast a hex on thee! Blasphemous tongue severed from a heathen, I adorn thee so I can call out tonight to the great Medusa. Python skin, shield me from the gaze of the great Medusa so that I can view her without forsaking her. Latin blood, drip and bury thyself deep into the Eye of Newt so a portal can open that I can view the great Medusa in all her glory... LAPIS VISUM!Ahem.... Hither! hither! to me, oh great Medusa! Hearken! hearken! for I invoke thee, oh great Medusa! Smell! smell! all these votive that I lay here for thou, oh great Medusa! Look! look! at my plight and bless me with thy presence, oh great Medusa! Speak! speak! so that I can be blessed with a power to turns stone those that dare glance at me as I, unto them, gaze deeply, oh great Medusa! Touch! touch! this unworthy body and make a better servant as I surrender my autonomy to thou, oh great Medusa! Dance! dance! and make the World shutter in fear with me as thy host for thy new reign of terror, oh great Medusa! Live! live! in this age that is so foolish to believe that the mortals reigns without any an obstacle what so ever, oh great Medusa! Strike! strike! in this great millennia of mortal buffoonery before any other immortal so that thy reign will go unhindered, oh great Medusa! Great Medusa, now or never, let thy final judgement be exacted upon me!... Hmm, uee hee hee. I live again, thanks no less to a devout acolyte. I have long remained a spectral head; humiliated, vulgarized, ineffective and forgotten. Now with the common plague of doubt that strikes against us immortal beings, my unquenched thirst shall be ecstatic."
So how it be, my fellow anons? Moving away from a tasteless amount of joke replies, always in the bin for two small things before the end blurb thingamajig-thingy-thing: First of all, expect some things for "Quest in the Realms" from the @bananafish on this blog and expect some philosophy posts with yer indie posts. Ha hargh.
Anyways, main topics for today: back-to-back postings and my content in the face of the @bananafish keeping quiet for a while on contests.
For the first item: with today's post marking the start of back-to-back postings, I shall post two other posts with one for Sunday and another Monday. The Sunday post will be a co-written post with @calluna and feature the Shambler saga as I had kept quiet or in mix with the New Angel Saga for some time. It'll be, like the whole saga is in general, a loose story that takes place within the Chicagoland and hopefully this ping-pong match will be short and brief but fun to the reader as well (that post will still be my celebration post of my 200th post ever, even if it's just the 201st post I've ever made). The Monday post will be a continuation of where we left off with @brisby since last week - exploring the fatal consequence of being captured by the [censored] policja. If push comes to shove, I will flip these around.
The second item: I shall humour going back to my blog's roots - philosophy posts. Now the weekly video does that already with books within philosophy. Yet most of that time was mainly just "audio-reads" and letting the reader hear the author without having to necessarily read the book. Well now I'm gonna hopefully go back and start crafting some philosophical essays - I can look back and link some I already did if ye people are interested. In addition to making philosophical essays, I will make indie posts as well. So basically back-to-back posting everyday for two weeks and then back to our regularly scheduled programme of every other day posting. This has been in the waiting for a while, going back to October (I think even way earlier) when me and Dr. @f3nix had a convo on the usage of my tongue and creating philosophical essays to help people out when they lack the time to do proper theory reading. (Which inadvertently was the reason I started making start and end blurbs, to address this issue; yet now with a reason to actually start making essays, I shall start making them. For the first week: I shall repost and recreate some essays I already did. Second week: original philosophical content mixed in with indie stories. However, still expect a contest post on Friday for @calluna's Tell A Story to Me.) From there until the @bananafish is back up online with their contests, I shall continue to make philosophical and indie content. (Do however expect QUEST IN THE REALMS content will be posted here when I am given the green light to post them, those post's arrival: TBD but not announced beforehand.)
