It's another poem for today's freewrite.

They say life is in the movement.
In the onward journey of whirls and curves
never stopping, always moving forward
to the next adventure, or discovery, or exploration.
But I say life is in the moments,
in the silence and the stillness.
That instance between every motion,
before one step turns into another
and the rise connects with the fall.
It's in the things we take for granted,
like the moment when happy scenes make sad turns
or the instant that a pebble hits the floor.
It's when we stop chasing, sit still and listen
so we can recharge, experience, and enjoy.
Then we can grow before we keep going
And learn before the next footfall.
So, life is not in the movement,
It happens in the moments, the silence we ignore.
