Jonathan took a deep breath and leaned back in his seat, "I just...this all just seems like a sick joke! Trixie.. she can't really be gone, right??"
Before Jonathan could continue with his tirade, he felt a comforting hand on his shoulder, "How 'bout we cut it short for now, officer? We still need Jonny to rehearse some lines for his show tonight." Steven had cut in.

Author's note: The character of Jonathan "Jonny" James was previously featured on A Night of Everything and Anything (We-Write #13). This story takes off from there. Where it will lead, I have yet to figure out.
