A problem with the week -5minutefreewrite (x3)

For @mariannewest/the-weekend-freewrite-1-5-2019-part-3-the-dramatic-twist

Yesterday was Sunday. I should have been Tuesday but it got messed up.

I am usually Tuesday. I stand in the day line and I offer lollipops to the bosses and they make me Tuesday. Not this week, though, if you can even call it that. I spent my last nickel on lollipops for those nincompoops, but they don't care. They go ahead an make Rachel Tuesday. It's not her fault, really, though. The real problem was Christian, who really wanted to be Sunday. And he loved it so much, he kept doing it. He didn't give any other days a chance, and now we've had a month of Sundays and it seems like I'm the only one who cares.

I got down on one knee. I was going to pop the question right then, but...
Well, it was Sunday. And questions about marriage don't interfere with god's day. they better not. So I didn't but it feels like it's been sunday for way too long. In fact, I remember other days, but I can't quite remember what they were. Tiesday? Friar's day? Sat too long day? Well, I'll ask someone when I go back in to work tomorrow on... on... Oh gosh. Tomorrow's going to be Sunday, too, isn't it? And I don't have work on Sundays. But also, who is doing any work? There's Linda staring at me. I should get up.
"Linda, is it always Sunday?"

The way the guitar sounded, it sounded almost tired. Like happy, but tired. Like, it couldn't even anymore. TWANG. At least the concert was over. It was so late. No, wait, so early in the morning on Sunday. Well at least there wouldn't be... oh no. It was Sunday.

The concerts never ended until early Sunday, and it was always Sunday so even though the concerts never began on Sunday, they'd always end which meant

Which meant

What did it me? It meant he was too tired to think and he was about to pass out, and sleep the whole day. Like every day now. Oh no.

It was always Sunday. Yesterday was Sunday. Today is Sunday. Unless someone does something about it, tomorrow will be Sunday again. I should have been Tuesday this week. At worst we would have skipped Monday, but no one would have minded that. I could have solved this, but I'm not Tuesday this week. I'm not anything. And now we just have to wait for Christian to tire himself out. Which he won't because he's just resting because it's Sunday.
