Hey there fruits and veggies fans! How is everyone doing? I hope as well as always, with plenty of yummy stuff to share for another round of our beloved Monday contest! The fun begins now, so let’s see those entries!
Up for the first time as HONORABLE GUEST JUDGE is @anggreklestari for that wonderful mix of sweet and spicy in her Sambal Tempeh dish that she shared last week. It is always so fun to see all kinds of different takes on how different cuisines interpret vegan dishes! Even if you think something is pretty mundane or ordinary, the beautiful thing about being on a worldwide platform is that someone across the globe might think it is totally new and exciting!
