That makes 0 sense.
Do PoS coins reward other users? No, they reward the ones holding the coins and staking.
The only difference here is that you need to make a post and vote on it to reward yourself if you want the earnings DUE TO YOU FOR HOLDING YOUR COINS.
This is why Steem is going down hill...pull your head out of your ass before it's too late...
BTW - This guy is so triggered by me rewarding myself, and creating an account to fund Steem development, that he is removing his delegations and no longer upvoting anyone so he can solely flag me. Does this sound someone who cares about Steem?
Also, he seriously believes the earth is flat...
