Nasi goreng pattaya is a kind of fried rice. However, it is served in a completely unusual way. The rice is closed inside in a kind of omelet.
On a large frying pan we pour mixed eggs and when they are lightly fried we put a portion of rice on it. We gently wrap the rice in eggs and turn it over to the other side so that it is completely locked inside.
If you want to get to the food you have to cut a layer of egg, which hides delicious fried rice. In my case, it was prepared with seafood and a mix of hot species. It is delicious!
