Green greetings Steemians,
Please we have an emergency need and want to run a fundraiser to purchase a Gasoline Generator worth about $500 to power the machines of our workshop.
ecoDesigns is a textile recycling and fashion designing hub of @thegreens that is training young girls for free in textile recycling and fashion designing. The hub currently has 13 Young Girls and will be graduating two of her trainees on the 7th of July 2019.

You can check the Generator online
We will very much appreciate if 400 Steemians support us with 1 SBD or more to achieve our goal.
The reason we are doing this emergency fundraising is because for over a month now the city of Bamenda and the North West as a whole hasn't had electricity and from our inquiry, we learned it's due to the current socio-political crisis plaguing the English speaking regions of the country.
You can learn more about the Anglophone crisis here: OCHA Report on the Anglophone Crisis in Cameroon
For more than one month we have not had electricity and thus haven’t been able to effectively function due to the power failures.
It is for this reason that we think it's wise for us to get a generator now coz the future is very uncertain when it comes to electricity supply in the region.
Please, we will very much appreciate your support to purchase this generator so that we can continue to educate, engage and empower women and girls in textile recycling and fashion designing.
We want to take out this time to send our love to;
