Eternal Senia - Indie JRPG, Yes Some People Still Play These

Do people still play these? I do. Let's talk about it.

A 2D indie J-RPG(Japanese Role Playing Game) that is available on Steam at a cost of nothing. Yes, it's free! Invest five minutes of your time to see if it's worth it, because you can never fully judge a game if you haven't played it. That is the first rule. Yes, I make the rules on this write-up.

Title screen!

For all you old fans of the genre, this would be a lovely fast paced game to play, I'd give it a 2 to 4 hours of playtime to get done with all of the three endings that the game has. SPOILERS.

Do not judge the game by its cover and the almost horrible English translation patch this game has. It's a really fast paced game where you build your equips fighting mobs just by getting close to them, remember those old Zelda games? Something like that...

The boss fights were the breathtaking moments of the game, these bosses were in a kind of a 3D figurine that you had to survive all kinds of attacks from on a 2D battlefield. Extra mobs, AoE attacks, charms to disable, all that jazz going on. These bosses really did look amazing although compared to games nowadays this of course means nothing. But hey, people like to discover and rediscover and reminisce. We will be doing a lot of this and not lose this flare that has brought me here.

Medusa was the first boss in the game, haha.

You play a little girl named Senia who is looking for her older sister Magaleta who seems to have gone missing in The Tower of Eternity. The game starts off with Senia entering said dungeon and a small dialogue pops up and the adventure begins!

And here comes the end of me.
