While our @truthproductions account has only been active for over than half a year on Steemit, we have been hard at work behind the scenes in service to the @gardenofeden's community mission for almost a decade! We have hundreds of thousands of photos, thousands of videos, articles, graphics, and designs, and multiple websites that illuminate sustainable, honorable, responsible options that support a better world for all creatures and our living planet, and we look forward to continuing to share them here on the blockchain.
We have been visual artists for years with combined decades of experience, and Steemit productions are one of our latest masteries! We offer our consulting services to help one and all improve their own success on this platform - stay tuned for an upcoming post with more info.
Now, to get to today's post - it's almost time to plant the sweet potatoes!
We put a lot of love into our sweet potato each year, and it rewards us with a bountiful harvest!
Fall is one of the Eden Knights' favorite times of year, when the sweet potatoes are practically jumping out of the earth, and there are sweet potatoes at every meal!
We enjoy steamed sweet potatoes and sweet potato fries and mashed sweet potatoes and sweet potato quesadillas and sweet potato hash and sweet potato curry and sweet potatoes with salad greens too!
These tasty tubers are bursting with beta-carotene for strong vision and a healthy immune system and skin. They're also loaded with antioxidants and anti-inflammatories!
We have orange sweet potatoes and white sweet potatoes, and in years past we have seen purple sweet potatoes in our patch as well (but we have yet to dig up purple specimens this season).
