I made my first Giving Flowers post about five months ago. I believe in giving people their flowers while you have the chance. Not just physical flowers but the ones that come from your mouth in the form of praise, appreciation, thanking, gratitude and recognition. We may feel a certain way about someone but how often do we speak it out loud?
It’s time for me to give another round of flowers, speaking out loud about my appreciation.
Today I give flowers to @brittandjosie! This beautiful, kind and adventurous sweetheart is one of the most supportive and active Steemians I have met here on the blockchain. She is always welcoming newbies making them feel at home from the start. After reading their bios she suggests like minded communities for them to check our that may be of interest. How do I know this?...
because she invites needleworkers to join our #NeedleWorkMonday community. I get quite a few notifications in reference to @brittandjosie tagging me to help tell someone about our community. I gladly accept the request and began sharing about our community and inviting them to post on Monday’s using the tag.
I greatly appreciate her love, participation and support of the @needleworkmonday community. I enjoy her creative productions and look forward to what she will think up next ~ 💓
She is also a loving mother who adores her children. Not only have I witnessed her spread the word about the needlework community but also about the mamas community @steemitmamas. She informs us of new mamas boarding and gives us a holler so we can support them. Just earlier this year she was working hard to help some of the mamas become a minnow. She spots those Steemians that are offering sponsorship and gives us word so that we can all grow together. She has been really big on helping us mamas bloom and thrive and for that I appreciate her.
There have been quite a few events that I would have never known about had she not posted them in our Discord channel. She’s the type of Steemian you want to know because he keeps you in the know ;D
Have you ever heard of The 4 O’Clocky?Well it belongs to her! She came up with this concept that everyday at 4 o’clock she will submit a blogpost. I think it’s very clever and helps you to come up with a blogging schedule centered around that time. She always creates these cool cover images to go with the theme.
Whether she is posting about her children, family time, travels, their dog, her crafts or informing the community, her posts are always fun to read!
These flowers I give to you out of gratitude and appreciation for all you do. You are a joy and a light to this community and a wonderful asset to those just joining and in need of some guidance. I appreciate the work you do with @blockbrothers and bringing awareness to witness votes. I also appreciate the support they give to the @needleworkmonday community as well.
Continue shining, being a wonderful example of what support looks like. You are loved and appreciated and I hope you enjoy your flowers.
