Hundreds of baby girls' bodies found in trash heaps throughout Pakistan! Sad sight!

Mother's Day this year mingled with a feeling of gratitude and an underlying feeling of aching sadness. Here is the story I had come upon leading up to Mother's Day.

Baby girls found dead in rubbish heaps throughout Pakistan. Since 2017 totaling 345. It has to be one of the saddest sights. Karachi, Pakistan one of the most populated cities there piles of these baby girls are found

"Sometimes they kill, they hang them and sometimes they kill by the knife and sometimes we find dead bodies which have been burned." Stated by Anwar Kazmi who is a manager of the Karachi Edhni Center Charity. It is Pakistans largest privately run social service and relief agency. They have many call centers where workers have received reports that as more 1200 newborns and infants have been killed or left to die in Pakistan last year. Up 200 from 2009.

The Malaysian Digest also reported,
"The shocking statistic took a gruesome turn when a four-day-old infant was found with her throat slit, while a separate newborn baby was stoned to death after a cleric assumed the infant – which was left on the steps of a mosque – to be illegitimate."

Here is a photo showing 5 of these infant bodies which ended up in a morgue when found in Karachi.

As you would suspect, sometimes these corpses are mutilated by animals before they are found

9 out of 10 of these found are baby girls considered too costly to keep.

Anwar points out, "they have not committed any crime, so why are you killing these innocent babies?" A good question on our earth where many people do not value the smallest and most innocent of human life.

Still the stories persist of animal abuse and horrors, which I will grant you are despicable! How much more then, is it a crime of sheer disregard and evil to perpetuate the killing of a baby still in the womb? Verified heart beat, verified life, verified humanity. Why do these groups promote this kind of killing. Who or what is the sacrifice for? Who benefits?

He and others feel many of these infanticides are due to births out of wedlock. According to the Malaysian Digest when speaking with Anwar, he "lamented that the social stigma that has cursed Pakistan resulted in the murder of baby girls, while the baby boys are often more protected by their families.

“We have been dealing with such cases for years and there are a few such incidents which shook our souls as much. It left us wondering whether our society is heading back to primitive age,” he explained.

The News made a reference to an Oxford Institute of Population Ageing study that centred around ‘son preference’ in Pakistan – with the study concluding that the country critically needs to solve the “inequitable gender norms that uphold the perception that sons are more valuable than daughters.”

The officials, on the other hand, stated that police investigations are only possible after reports have been lodged and highlighted that the Karachi police authorities only received one report concerning infanticide last year.

It is a fact this country has failed to educate as there is a high rate of illiteracy. Also jobs are scarce and poverty is high.
According the the UN 55 million remain illiterate and the government is billions of dollars in debt.

Yet in more developed countries where education is valued, where it is easily accessible and required, where universities and institutions of higher learning abound, literacy is high, science is treated as a religion, even a god. . .yet how many babies are aborted?

The following numbers are taken from two sources, taken privately from the Guttmacher Institute (AIG) and from the CDC, Centers for Disease and Control.

Whether one questions their numbers or not, or suspects they do not have the best interest of citizens, the numbers we are given still make people who value God's creation sick. It makes one ask, is there a literal veil covering the eyes of these people? Those who see, respect and feel anguish over animals being abused or murdered, yet know empathy, no heartbreak over these little ones God lovingly created being discarded. Justifying these heinous actions with numerous excuses all while discarding. Why would mothers try to push down their natural instinct to nurture and care about babies while condoning this act of sheer violence and murder towards these babies?

It is beyond the realm of my understanding, but I do know it has been a requirement since the beginning of time when people were sacrificing their children to idols under the name of Baal or Molech. It has been referenced and used in the story lines of movies and shows as in season 4 of Paranormal Witness episode 3 which addresses a god of the Canaanites where there sacrificed their children.

In ancient history there was also a god called Cronus, we have seen various depictions of this god in history with outstretched arms and people sacrificing infants and children in the belief they would be protected or receive prosperity. Who always promises power, riches and prosperity? Satan has offered it to many and even offered it to Jesus. Those who take satan's deal do so with sacrifice.

Listverse states, "According to various accounts of Phoenician and Carthaginian civilization, the people of these groups religiously sacrificed children.
This was apparently the most extreme sacrifice that could be performed at the time, and was therefore the best means for protecting the entire community. The sacrificial areas of the Phoenicians were known as “topheth” (the roasting place) and the sacrifices themselves were referred to as “mulk” (or “King”) offerings.According to Diodorus Siculus’ account of the Carthaginians:“There was in their city a bronze image of Cronus extending its hands, palms up and sloping toward the ground, so that each of the children when placed thereon rolled down and fell into a sort of gaping pit filled with fire.”

According to Abort73.com,
"Based on available state-level data, approximately 893,000 abortions took place in the United States in 2016—down from approximately 914,000 abortions in 2015.

In 2014, approximately 19% of U.S. pregnancies (excluding spontaneous miscarriages) ended in abortion.1
According to the United Nations' 2013 report, only nine countries in the world have a higher reported abortion rate than the United States. They are: Bulgaria, Cuba, Estonia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Romania, Russia, Sweden, and Ukraine.

In 2014, the highest percentage of pregnancies were aborted in the District of Columbia (38%), New York (33%), and New Jersey (30%). The lowest percentage of pregnancies were aborted in Utah (5%), South Dakota (4%), and Wyoming (<2%). (AGI abortion data + CDC birth data).
In 2014, approximately 37% of all pregnancies in New York City (excluding spontaneous miscarriages) ended in abortion (CDC)."

In the meantime, though many in Karachi do not value the lives of these baby girls as their government remains in a war effort against militant groups. Who promotes these kind of wars that become a way of life and a distraction from precious lives being lost? Who makes money off of playing both sides of war?

The man who started and ran the Edhni Foundation in Karachi who had his headquarters in a tiny room accessible from a back alley in a Karachi slum was named Abdul Sattar Edhi.

Edhi started this charity in a tent in 1957 taking care of those who were victims of a flue outbreak. He lived simply in a back room yet was ridiculed by the religious right. Though he was around 90 years old, he was held at gunpoint when 8 men broke into the charity headquarters as he slept in a backroom with a hospital bead, they robbed him.

He valued these little babies who are carelessly murdered and discarded. He knew they are God's creatures. He provided cradles outside in front of the headquarters so people may drop infants off for care and adoption, no questions asked.

God bless this man who reckoned at the time interviewed, he was 90 years old. He didn't let the religious right dictate to him what he could not do to help others. They called him an infidel. He didn't care about their false religion of wealthy people who are corrupt starting charities to benefit their jihad. He only cared about true help, not for political gain or a false religion.

As can be seen in the case of Hafiz Saeed, a cleric wanted by India for his alleged masterminding of the 2011 terrorist attack on Mumbai, announced his Falah-e-Insaniat Foundation (FIF) was establishing a bridgehead in Karachi for the first time with a fleet of 15 ambulances.

FIF is the charity wing of Jamaat-ud-Dawa, the parent body of the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba, regarded by some experts as one of south Asia’s most dangerous terrorist groups.

Unlike Edhi, Saeed uses the platform of his fast-growing charitable works to call for jihad against India and to create a parallel state that makes a point of being first on the scene when disasters strike.

Edhi state he was not worried, pointing out he had a 60-year head start on Saeed: Edhi once stated, “If he wants to become Edhi in two years, how is that possible?”

But he was hurt at his treatment by some of the country’s mullahs, who were jealous of his fundraising power and suspicious of his lack of sectarian or ethnic bias in attending to the people who turned to him for help.

“They call him an infidel saying that he does not say his prayers,” said his wife Bilquis, who, with her children, helps run the foundation. “What we are doing should be done by the government and should be appreciated, but instead we are blamed.”

The foundation has lost much of the annual charity it once scooped up during Eid al-Adha, when families would donate the skins of animals sacrificed on the day, which could then be sold for cash.

As well as hardline Islamist groups, the foundation has lost out to the strong-arm tactics of what Edhi calls an “ethnic organisation”, a reference to the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, the dominant political party in the ethnically divided port city.

“There is more hostility towards us from the religious and political groups,” his wife complains. “Our strong cupboards used to be full – nobody would steal from us.”

But Edhi said he was unfussed by aggressive political parties or the mullahs’ claim that he was an atheist who will not be allowed into heaven.

“I will not go to paradise where these type of people go,” he smiles. “I will go to heaven where the poor and miserable people live.”

What a wise man! I believe Jesus agreed with him as He stated, "But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and [that] he were drowned in the depth of the sea." Matthew 18:6

Sadly this courageous soul, helper of children, babies, the abused and downtrodden left this world. He passed away on July 8, 2016. His wife who is a nurse and children continue to run the charity.

I would be remiss not to note there has been an agenda in both China and India of infanticide based on both religious and what is promoted as survival of the fittest or most valued. Here are a couple of sources.

I wrestled with how to tell this story as I came upon this information leading up to Mother's Day. You can find why it was a struggle here @artistiquejewels/mother-s-day-why-it-was-a-mixed-bag-this-year-thank-you-god-for-my-precious-gifts

What are your thoughts on the subject of infanticide and abortion? Do you think there is an agenda behind this? Let me know in the comments below. Godspeed!
