World Community Grid - The Beast Continues...

Hello All,

I posted a few weeks ago about how The Beast did a great job of accumulating processing time for the World Community Grid, specifically the Smash Childhood Cancer project. While the month of April was rather productive at securing badges, the month of May was another milestone month.

That's right folks, a Diamond 5 year badge!!!

I also have a few other android devices as well as my other PC running WCG. I am still running into some stability issues with my NanoPi Fire 3 and NanoPC T3 Plus. All these are combining to create a healthy RAC of about 26k and a related MAG of 25. It pays to help cure cancer...

Gridcoin is an open source cryptocurrency (Ticker: GRC) which securely rewards volunteer computing performed upon the BOINC platform in a decentralized manner on top of proof of stake.

BOINC (Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing) is a distributed Internet platform and was launched beginning of 2002 and it rewards participants with credits for performed work.
