Calling all Dipshits who live on the Arkansas side of the Ozarks!!!
We need to support this bill and makes sure it passes. House Bill 1013 has just been read and a committee is meeting tomorrow by the Judiciary Committee. This bill will make Arkansas a Constitutional Carry State without a permit. This will make Arkansas the 15th State to become a Constitutional Carry State. Oklahoma should be next. With Missouri and South Dakota already Constitutional Carry States, with Arkansas and Oklahoma we will have a pretty good chunk of the central part of the country free and ready for SHTF. Eventually Texas will pass it too I'm sure.
