Now, to get to today's post - we're sharing general practices for good health that will also support removal of mercury fillings.
Today we continue on with the topic of proper nutrition, especially before you have any mercury fillings removed or replaced.

Please check out our recent posts about important nutrients to support removal of mercury fillings and whole food sources of them. Now, an important part of health falls to what we are consuming daily from our plethora of food choices on this planet.
Never have we lived in a time where there were so many options for things we can eat, and at the same time it has never been more imperative we take the time to research what we are supporting or destroying our health with based on these choices. This applies to everyone, but is even more important to people who already have health issues.

This is still extremely relevant wisdom, and it is quite a shame that although doctors take the Hippocratic oath to “do no harm”, such little focus is put on food for health.
Here are a few general ideas about what to consume, or not consume, to promote good health:
1.) Source homegrown or wildcrafted foods.
That means either grow your own, or find someone who does, like a co-op or farmers market. You can also gather wild sources of plants if you trust that they have not been sprayed with chemicals.
The only way to completely control what you eat is to grown your own - without chemicals, poison, insecticides, herbicides, radiation, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Even if you just have a tiny yard or windowsill garden, any amount of fresh food you grow and consume yourself will greatly contribute to overall health as well as lower food cost bills!

2.) If you currently don’t have the ability to grow your own food, then organic is an OK second choice, especially if it is a food co-op that sources locally grown - but just know that "organic" is not the end all and be all of health options.
It is potentially better than conventional food that is laced with countless poisons; however, even the rules on growing organic are very lax. For example, most people don't know that organic foods are allowed to be grown with fluoridated water, which then transfers to the fruits and veggies. 3.) Fast food is garbage.
It is almost laughable that anyone would even consider this "food" consumable, and if it wasn't for the MSG tricking your brain into thinking it was delicious, no one would ever eat it unless you want to have a slow and painful death. If you eat fast food you can count on poor health for whatever shortened life span you have. Restaurant food is not much better. Very few restaurants grown their own food products organically, and if they do offer an organic or free range choice you will pay for it handsomely. Most people think restaurants care more about the food options they present, and therefore it must be better for you, but why would they want to pay a higher price for food when they can buy the same conventional crap that you get in the grocery store and just charge you much more to prepare it thus making a much larger profit?http://www.businessinsider.com/how-restaurants-cut-corners-to-save-money-2014-12

4.) You need a great water source!
The last few years water has been an increasingly popular topic in health circles, and it should be! Everyone knows a large part of our bodies are water, or are suppose to be in order to function properly. No one will argue that water is an important part of our bodies health, but there are many different opinions on what water is actually promoting health. If you never decide to research or question anything every stated, make this your exception. The water you consume really matters! The important aspects to look at are these: A.) are there chemicals or harmful materials in your water? B.) Has your water been filtered, like reverse osmosis (RO)? If so, the water is stripped and has lost its optimal hydrating molecular structure. Think before you drink, because not all water is the same! 5.) Consume as many whole raw foods as possible.
Whole foods mean anything that is not processed. It is well established that as food is cooked, it loses some of its nutrition. What many people don't know is that when you consume foods that have been heated over 117 degrees F it deactivates enzymes, and the body has to work harder to digest it.
It also triggers an immune response in your body known as digestive leukocytosis. This releases white blood cells to help fight off whatever your body considers to be an invader. Imagine how worn out the immune system must get if people are eating 3-6 cooked meals or snacks a day. 6.) Start breathing!!
