El pan es uno de esos alimentos que me gustan mucho, aunque no lo como siempre ya que claramente es un carbohidrato que no nos beneficia mucho, pero que es delicioso sin duda alguna, si fuera por mi siempre podría comer pa, pero este fin de semana tuve la oportunidad de asistir a la Feria Venezolana Internacional del Pan.
Fevipan es una expo que tenía cuatro años que no se realizaba luego de la pandemia, este evento es anual y es un evento que alberga a las marcas más prestigiosas de la industria Venezolana, entre ellos tenemos Plumrose, Coca Cola, Puro Lomo, Nestlé, Café amanecer, Krom, Neste, y muchas marcas reconocidas, además de chef pasteleros y panaderos de renombre a nivel internacional.
Este evento se dio en la ciudad de Maracay estado Aragua, en las instalaciones del Hotel Pipo Internacional, fueron tres días fe gratas experiencias desde el 28 de septiembre hasta el día 30 del mismo mes.

Fevipan is an expo that had not been held for four years after the pandemic, this event is annual and is an event that hosts the most prestigious brands in the Venezuelan industry, among them we have Plumrose, Coca Cola, Puro Lomo, Nestle, Amanecer Coffee, Krom, Neste, and many recognized brands, plus pastry chefs and bakers internationally renowned.
This event took place in the city of Maracay, Aragua state, in the facilities of the Hotel Pipo Internacional, it was three days of great experiences from September 28th to the 30th of the same month.

Al llegar inmediatamente fuimos recibidos por un gran pan redondo, quien nos dio la bienvenida a Fevipan, la primera panadería que llamó mi atención fue la de Plumrose, todo se veía increíble pasé y tomé algunas fotos, algo que no sabía que todo era gratis y uno podia comer lo que fuera, se imaginan así que no pude resistirme a probar cachitos, pan de jamón, un pan relleno jejeje eso solo en Plumrose.
Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by a big round bread, who welcomed us to Fevipan, the first bakery that caught my attention was Plumrose, everything looked amazing I went in and took some pictures, something I did not know that everything was free and you could eat anything, you can imagine so I could not resist trying cachitos, ham bread, a stuffed bread hehehehe that only in Plumrose.
El stand de coca-cola fue uno de los que más me gustó, ya que fue un Stand que hacía la similitud de ser una panadería donde por supuesto estaba la coca-cola, aquí nos regalaron algunas cartucheras y también participamos en una ruleta en la computadora para ganar una coca-cola, fue uno de los stand que más se llenó y realmente la gente estaba muy satisfecha porque podías pasar por el stand de la coca-cola cada vez que quisieras y llevarte tu coca-cola.
Una de las cosas que estaban promocionando era el código QR el cual se puede escanear y desde allí hacer los pedidos para tu negocio, sin intermediarios y sin tener que recurrir dirigirse a ningún otro lado.
The coca-cola stand was one of the ones I liked the most, since it was a stand that made the similarity of being a bakery where of course there was coca-cola, here they gave us some cartridge boxes and we also participated in a roulette on the computer to win a coca-cola, it was one of the most crowded stand and really people were very satisfied because you could go through the coca-cola stand whenever you wanted and take your coca-cola.
One of the things they were promoting was the QR code which you can scan and from there you can order for your business, without intermediaries and without having to go anywhere else.
Molvenca o la empresa Sindoni, estaban promocionando sus productos entre ellos la harina para hacer estos espectaculares panes creativos que me recordaron mucho por cierto al amigo @edwing357 que el siempre nos delita con su cocina creativa, la empresa Sindoni es una de las empresas con años en la ciudad y sus productos son reconocidos a nivel nacional e internacional, si conoces el Pirulin sabes de lo que te hablo.

También tuve la oportunidad de ver algunas recetas en vivo, algunos chef concursando por la copa Aaron Bracho, es una copa especial la cual como dije antes pasaron cuatro años para que se volviera a repetir, es una copa muy importante por lo que pude ver y conocer, habían muchos medios periodisticos, y los empresarios más importantes del país.
El segundo día también fue muy bueno e importante, eso se los cuento en un próximo post.
