Hey everyone, today's post is about creating healing Mandalas, garden creatures like frogs, and garden flowers. One great way to relieve stress is by painting rocks. As I've mentioned before, I enjoy helping people, whether they are family, friends, colleagues, or patients. Last week, I received a message from a regular client who was feeling restless and stressed due to her IBS problem and a throat infection. She was reluctant to go to the hospital and wanted to explore home remedies and a helpful diet. She asked me to suggest some foods that could help with her diarrhea. When I asked her about what ingredients she had at hand, she didn't have any of the foods that I could recommend, Finally, I decided to make food for her. The first day when I arrived at her home she was lacking energy, restless, weak, and stressed. I made some khichadi and strictly advised her to eat as slowly as possible for two hours. two days she got khichadi and some home remedies and third day she improved that day I took some rice pancakes with some vegetables for her and the healing mandala rock.
She asked me about I just smiled and told her, to Pay it forward with your kindness. My kindness rocks today.

The rock arrived its place.

The second mandala is for a friend who is very stressed and has started experiencing high blood pressure. I advised her to start painting and engage in stress-relieving activities, rather than overthinking.

I tried transparent nail polish on this instead of varnish and delivered to Anni.

Frog story
For one month we haven't had rain here. All over very dry. the pollen is everywhere in the air. we need rain but the weather is like summer here. In India, we said when frogs are croaking the rain comes I got an idea to paint a frog and put it in the garden. so did.
Just now I am preparing this post and the rain started.
