When I said we had an amazing response to our first #bom of 2022, I had no idea that the participation in the March edition would exceed all our expectations: in number and quality. The Silver Bloggers' community continues to grow. When I prepared last month's Blog of the Month announcement, we had not reached that magical thousand members. In a month we've exceeded that and are now approaching another magical: 1,1k and more than 125 active users. Speaking of which, we do appreciate that folk move between communities - as we all do in RL. So if you're still want the Silver Blogger members to check out your posts, use #silverbloggers and why not add that to the tags that you follow?

This month's topic: Sandwich Memories
Every culture seems to have its own version of the humble sandwich - even if that's not the name it's known by. A sandwich, in my understanding - and no, I've not done a dictionary check or consulted "Professor" Google - is two slices of some sort of leavened dough filled with something delicious (or not). It's perhaps the not that makes sandwiches memorable? Or not?

To enter
How to enter your post for the Blog of the Month (#BoM) -
- Posts must be in English (or with a translation from your home language) and obviously centre on the month's theme or topic.
- Prose must be a minimum of 350 words. If it’s a photo or graphic essay, the photos must be your original work and preferably with some sort of back-story to the images.
- The blog must be posted in/from our community
- The account must be a subscribed Silver Blogger
- Use #BoM - blog of the month - as your first tag.
- Share the link to your entry in the comments of this post and in our Discord channel which is open to subscribed members only.
Word to the wise:
If you don't follow the rules, your entry will not count.
