Life has it's ups and downs, some things bring us happiness and some bring us sadness. There are many moments of joy in my life, but if I were to single out just one small, simple joy that consistently brightens my day that would be drinking tea with my wife.

Good day , about a week ago i finally got my new lens and went to a nature reserve close by called "De Schammer " i took there some photos to test the new lens and i knew right away i had to come back for a timelapse .
Sb-Chronicles #2 : My daily visitors

Usually, it comes as a wake up call for me. My day starts at 5.30 a.m and sharp 6.30 a.m. one by one take turns to sit on top of my kitchen window. But if Iam late to open the window, they peep in through the glass and to make sure, someone is around in the kitchen area, so that their hunger is solved. If they find no one around some of them sit on the ground while some tend to sit on nearby branches
The Silverbloggers Chronicles - Prompt #02 Simple Joy

I remember when I was younger, when I could still get the printed newspaper, one of the things that brought me joy was picking it up at a newsstand near my house.
Every morning I would get up very early to go to work, leaving before my wife and children were awake. Sometimes I went by car and other times by public transportation, but in either case, I always stopped by the newsstand to pick up the newspaper.
It's the little things that really make all the difference. Don't you think?
And what immediately comes to mind is a big, strong, firm, present hug from my partner each morning. Or really, any time of day.
There is something so soothing when he wraps his arms around me. I feel so held, so safe, so precious.

It's fun for me to come home from work and hear her witticisms, how her school day was, what kind of homework she has. Yeyé is the most loving little girl you can imagine. She is sweeter than cotton candy and more tender than a fruit. She can't be without playing, dancing, jumping, hugging and saying all the time:
