It's a glorious Wednesday here and I'm just glad the husband is back on his feet after coming home with a fever on Monday evening. The rest he had the whole of yesterday and throughout last night did the magic. Plus some medication, that is.
So yes, all good...
We were up at half-past 6 am and were out the yard for some stretching when we had this view. Thin sheet of clouds blanketing the space down there just before the sun rays penetrated it.
Yes, we've got clear blue skies today.

Meanwhile, we received a news that somewhere down the valley, old age has taken an aunt away. I think she never really had any illness except about a few weeks ago when her grandson fetched her from her house up in the mountain where she had been living mostly alone.
Mom was just talking about her on Friday when we were discussing about adult diapers and stuff. It was mentioned that aunty refused to go to the hospital saying it's just how she is getting old. Perhaps she felt her time was near? That's just me wondering...
A week ago (16th), another distant relative 'crossed over the rainbow' in a rather untimely manner. She was found by her grandson lying face down on her bedroom floor and whilst they rushed her to the emergency, the doctors were unable to revive her. Rumors had it that she may have suffered a heart attack and most people who saw her the previous day were shocked.

One of their neighbors narrated that he had seen her having coffee in her front porch the day before. Sighing he said, "just another reality of life - that no one really knows when his time is up."
To which I agree...
For neither we nor anyone else know when our sunset comes that is why it is important to live each day like it is our last.
Sunset yesterday evening
And that we shall try our hardest to do...
To smile, laugh and live in love.
Because we never really know
when is our time to say "adieu."
