You already know that my name is Isabel Peña and that I am Venezuelan, I will turn 60 on July 7, I am not afraid of that number since what matters is how I feel and what I most want to do is work and help my family .
I was married for 33 years and I separated 11 years ago. Many experiences and no regrets, the school of life taught me and I lent myself to learn. I am a Bilingual Secretary, although in my career I was only able to work as a Bilingual for only 2 years since it was difficult for me to get a job where I was respected and to be able to finish a normal retirement.
Although I have to tell you that a retirement in my country today of 2 dollars would be useless, I receive a pension of 1,800,000 bolivars that is equivalent to half a dollar, you can imagine what that is for me.
With 3 children I made many attempts to work and support myself. When I turned 40 I stopped looking for work in companies and took a nail course, so I graduated as a manicurist and worked in various beauty salons. But with the country's problems, many salons closed and many businessmen migrated.
Now there are my grandchildren, 4, two boys and two girls. They are like my children since I live with 3 of them, I would like to give them everything, but without work you cannot.
Thank God I was introduced to Hive, he has been the great salvation of my life. I feel useful writing my publications and although they do not give me retirement or pension here, they give me the satisfaction of being able to have money weekly and that lifts my spirits. The truth is, I don't know where I'd be if I didn't have Hive.

Ya saben que mi nombre es Isabel Peña y que soy Venezolana, cumpliré 60 años el 07 de Julio, no le tengo miedo a ese número ya que lo que importa es como me siento y lo que más quiero hacer es trabajar y ayudar a mi familia.
Estuve casada durante 33 años y me separé hace 11. Muchas experiencias y nada de arrepentimientos, la escuela de la vida me enseñó y yo me presté a aprender. Soy Secretaria Bilingue, aunque en mi trayectoria solo pude trabajar como Bilingue solo 2 años ya que me costó mucho conseguir un trabajo donde me respetaran y poder terminar una jubilación normal.
Aunque tengo que contarles que una jubilación en la actualidad en mi país de 2 dólares no serviría de nada, recibo una pensión de 1.800.000 bolívares que equivale a medio dólar, pueden imaginarse para que me sirve eso.
Con 3 hijos hice muchos intentos de trabajar y mantenerme. Cuando cumplí los 40 deje de buscar trabajo en compañías y realicé un curso de uñas, así que me gradue de manicurista y trabajé en varios salones de belleza. Pero con la problemática del país muchos salones cerraron y muchos empresarios migraron.
Ahora están mis nietos, 4, dos niños y dos niñas. Son como mis hijos ya que vivo con 3 de ellos, les quisiera dar de todo, pero sin trabajo no se puede.
Gracias a Dios me presentaron a Hive, ha sido la gran salvación de mi vida. Me siento útil escribiendo mis publicaciones y aunque aquí no me den jubilación, ni pensión, me dan la satisfacción de poder tener dinero semanalmente y eso me levanta el ánimo. La verdad es que no se dónde estaría si no tuviera a Hive.
