Now, delving into this week's theme, I will be sharing those memories dear to the heart, which, without a doubt, have been part of our development as people. During my life I have had very good memories that I appreciate very much, however, there are some that make me remember how happy and lucky I was a few years ago, when everything worked correctly in my country Venezuela and we could do many fun things as a family.

One of my most cherished memories were the outings we made as a family with my Grandfather Magellan, who was 92 years old at the time. He really liked going to a shopping center in my town called "Sambil" to walk for a while in the aisles, eat a strawberry Sundae at McDonald's and have a good meal, so whenever my mom received some payment we were all going to spend a different day in this place.

My grandfather, my brother and I when many years ago

Luckily even though my grandfather was quite old at the time I always had very good health and was always very bright-hearted, so it was great to talk to him, make him laugh and even play with him. We also had a somewhat modern wheelchair that my mom had bought for which she allowed us to move it much more easily and thus be able to take it to all these places that she liked so much.

Among the moments that I remember the most is one that made us all laugh a lot, because while we were taking my grandfather in the wheelchair, magically the simple fact of touching him began to give us power. Just as they read it! None of us wanted to push my grandfather's chair because in doing so we felt a slight electric shock, but uncomfortable, so we started telling him that it was full of electricity and that we didn't know why.

At that moment he did not believe us and laughed with us, however, I kept insisting that it was true since personally I kept passing current. Right there my mom wanted to check just like my brother and they also witnessed this strange situation taking it as a moment of fun and entertainment. Right now I don't remember who took it upon themselves to keep pushing the wheelchair, but ultimately it wasn't me.

Another moment that I remember from the heart is the fact that when we bought sweets from my grandfather he ate them very fast since he was a loyal fan of sugar, therefore, after having finished his snack he said: what happened to my ice cream? and we would say: Grandpa, you've already ate it! and he, insisted saying: of course not! You are eating it!, therefore, all these situations made us laugh and have a pleasant time with the family. In the end my grandfather did it jokingly, because as I told them before he was quite bright-headed and had no problem remembering things.

Finally, those memories of walking with my grandfather are very important to me, as he was always by our side, enjoying every situation with us. We were fortunate to have him until he was 93 years old and we took him everywhere, he enjoyed his favorite foods, his favorite places and especially his favorite people who were always in the care of his health. It should be noted that my grandfather was also a musician and was the musical pioneer of our family, thanks to him music was distributed through our veins and we found our true passion.

My grandfather left us in 2014 and although he left us a great emptiness we always remember him through these anecdotes that will remain forever in our hearts. I hope you liked it very much and see you at a next opportunity❤.
