Lo cierto es que está actividad de #latincriptofest, llegó para ponerme en línea con algo que de verdad me apasiona, con la posiblidad de hacer realidad lo que las redes sociales hacen de forma virtual que es la interacción persona a persona, cosa que para mí es muy importante por que es el siguiente paso para lograr lazo más fuertes entre personas que tienen cosas afines.
Estoy completamente convencida que nada es casual, que esto tenía que pasar por que sería inevitable, que las circunstancias nos colocarán en esta situación, pero que el fondo la queríamos, debo decir que estoy muy feliz de que se me presentó esta gran oportunidad que no iba a dejar pasar, todas y cada una de estas personas representa para mí personas sinceras, espectaculares, trabajadoras, inteligentes, divertidas, eso me hace sentir que estay rodeada de amigos, cada uno con su personalidad, pero con muchas cosas en común.
Soy una persona muy comunicativa, me encanta estar rodeada de amigos, en esta oportunidad encontré que muchos de ellos están cerca en mi misma ciudad y está actividad nos reunió, por eso aproveche cada momento para conocer a los hivers para que trabajemos juntos en esta actividad para dar a conocer al mundo la cadena pero más que eso es ver cómo interactuamos nosotros como hivers, como amigos con un objetivo en común.
Lo que percibí es que cualquiera de nosotros es capaz de liderar el trabajo, por que lo pienso por que nadie intentó, opacar a nadie todos hacíamos el trabajo independiente que sea visible o no, pero nadie por encima del otro, de hecho creo que cualquiera es capaz de representar a todos, podemos delegar, a cualquiera por que a ver nuestra actuación podemos decir que entendimos lo que cada uno de nosotros tiene que hacer, no hubo ningún tipo de protagonismo, todos somos importantes, todos queremos colaborar, todos sabemos que es lo que tenemos que hacer para llegar al éxito.
Vamos aprendiendo en el camino, pero lo que si tenemos claro es que trabajamos en equipo, que todos somos responsables, todos somos líderes por que podemos delegar que es el arte de saber cuáles son las aptitudes, actitudes y destrezas de cada uno, las pondremos en función de hacer un buen trabajo, en mi experiencia aprendí que para destacar no debes hacerte cargo de todo, por que eso no deja que las cosas salgan bien es mejor que cada quien en el equipo haga lo que mejor sabe hacer, a veces es mejor que destaque el grupo, por que entre nosotros solo hay ganas de trabajar..
Por mi parte todo lo que pueda hacer lo haré, lo importante es tomar en cuenta que fortalezas tenemos donde están los puntos débiles, identificarlos, para poder cambiarlos o eliminarlos, además de tener confianza en cada uno de ellos, eso en muy importante por que nos hace fuertes y que todos estamos en capacidad de representar al grupo, en cualquier circunstancia.
Esta unión no es casual, me siento muy identificada con cada uno de ellos, por que somos amigos por mucho tiempo vivimos una relación cercana pero lejos, pero que nos ha enseñado a conocernos en la distancia, ahora que nos conocemos personalmente la empatía ha crecido mucho además de que sabemos entendernos, sobretodo dispuestos a aprender más, de aquellas personas que nos ayuden a tener una mejor visión de lo que queremos lograr.
Esta es mi forma de agradecer a Dios por la oportunidad de poder dar más de mi en pro de un proyecto que apuesto llegará mucho más lejos, gracias también a cada uno de los hivers que la vida me dio la oportunidad de formar equipo con ellos: @autodivys, @sofiaquono98, @virginianavas1, @ecoinstante, @ecoinstant, @rafaelaquino @globalcurrencies.

I am completely convinced that nothing is casual, that this had to happen because it was inevitable, that circumstances put us in this situation, but that deep down we wanted it, I must say that I am very happy that I was presented with this great opportunity that I was not going to let pass, each and every one of these people represents for me sincere, spectacular, hardworking, intelligent, funny people, that makes me feel that I am surrounded by friends, each with their own personality, but with many things in common.
I am a very communicative person, I love to be surrounded by friends, in this opportunity I found that many of them are close to me in the same city and this activity brought us together, so I took advantage of every moment to meet the hivers so we can work together in this activity to let the world know the chain but more than that is to see how we interact as hivers, as friends with a common goal.
What I perceived is that any of us is capable of leading the work, because I think so because no one tried to overshadow anyone, we all did the work regardless of whether it was visible or not, but no one above the other, in fact I think that anyone is capable of representing everyone, we can delegate to anyone because we can say that we understood what each one of us has to do, there was no kind of protagonism, we are all important, we all want to collaborate, we all know what we have to do to achieve success.
We are learning along the way, but what we are clear is that we work as a team, we are all responsible, we are all leaders because we can delegate which is the art of knowing what are the skills, attitudes and abilities of each one, we will put them in terms of doing a good job, in my experience I learned that to stand out you should not take charge of everything, because that does not let things go well, it is better that everyone in the team does what he does best, sometimes it is better that the group stands out, because among us there is only desire to work...
For my part I will do everything I can do, the important thing is to take into account what strengths we have where are the weaknesses, identify them, to change or eliminate them, besides having confidence in each of them, that is very important because it makes us strong and that we are all able to represent the group, in any circumstance.
This union is not casual, I feel very identified with each one of them, because we are friends for a long time we live a close relationship but far away, but that has taught us to know each other in the distance, now that we know each other personally the empathy has grown a lot besides that we know how to understand each other, above all willing to learn more, of those people that help us to have a better vision of what we want to achieve.
