For everyone in life, we would one day come to the age of retirement, and even if we didn't wish to, we would not have the choice but to. Retirement may come when your body gets to the point of weakness and you do not have the strength to do the work that you did before. At this point, you would have to quit work and take care of your health.
It is not all the time one gets to the point of old age to retire, as people may choose to retire at an early age, and this occurs when they have already laid out a well-planned retirement plan during the early days of their youthful age. Hence, the possibility of retiring at an early age.
The thought of retirement has brought to my attention that I don't really have a plan for that, which is because I am still trying to figure out my life, my path, and my treasureโI mean, my personal legend. I am on the course of figuring out the purpose of my life and what impact I will have on this world.
I am so young and presently in the course of learning, exploring, and seeing what there is to the world that I can contribute to. I have not seen the need for making a retirement plan when I don't even know I am yet to discover the purpose my life is for.
I am afraid that whatever plan I make now may be more like a wish than a set of plans waiting for a course of action to be taken.
I have read plans written by @jjmusa2004 and others in here, they all seem to know what they want and Emjay (who is also jjmusa2004), seems to have figured the purpose for his life, or better said, his career path and hence making actionable plans for his retirement.
But whatever I write here, I will do my best to keep them for when the time is right, when I have started my career and start taking actionable plans towards it.

I am in the course of figuring out my dream and how I can make an impact on this world, and I know that during the journey to that course I will have to build the dreams of others. I mean to work for others, but I don't want to do this every day till the point of retirement, but to make enough money to quit and set a course for fulfilling my dream.
My dream is my product; it is my business, and that is what people would know me for when they hear my name. It is a product that would solve the problems of others and contribute to their lives.
And when this is figured out and established, I would not have to be the front driver of this product. I would retire and then appoint someone to take the wheel while I earn from the work I have laid down to build this product.
This is number one in my retirement plan, and it comes before every other plan.

I have always thought of acquiring lands to build houses to rent, schools, hotels, school hostels, and agriculture. I don't want to buy land mainly for resale purposes. I want to acquire them all for the purpose of generating income.
I don't buy the idea of getting land and then waiting for it to acquire more income and then reselling it when it is actually a rent-free space where you can build up a utility that can solve problems, bring value to the community, and most of all, generate income.

This is something I have started, as Hive has offered me the opportunity to earn and learn. I am making steady progress to keep building my stake in Hive, and I just recently started taking my HBD savings seriously.
As they say, it is not ideal to keep your investment in only one basket. So I have chosen to invest in a particular coin in which I strongly believe and am trying my best to keep growing it steadily.
There are other coins outside of Hive that I believe are prospects that I would definitely invest in when I start generating more income for myself.
I think this is now more of a plan than I initially thought before I started this blog. I tried my best to make this something I truly desire and something I believe is feasible.
