La música disco no es disco sin conocer a curtis un gran musico que se lleva el show cuando se presenta , es un referente para el genero aplico ritmos que le dieron el toque a lo que hoy conocemos como música disco , sus mejores canciones son todas conocidas por los grupos de baile discos , impuso hasta el estilo de vestir y usar el cabello a partir de esos cambios todos los que amaban la música disco usaban el mismo estilo , el maestro de muchos y su humildad es mas grande que su fama , es uno de los favoritos en los premios musicales no solo por su arte si no por su lado humano al donar gran parte de sus ganancias a escuelas de música poco conocidas brindando instrumentos gratis a todos.

Su historia de fama es muy inspiradora para los músicos principiantes , siempre fue autodidacta desde niño su estilo no era el mejor al comienzo , su primer encuentro con la música fue gracias a su madre que trabajaba en una tienda cerca de un estudio de grabación, al llevarlo con ella la música se escapaba de las paredes del estudio y curtis no podía ignorar el ritmo, un día curtis escapo de la tienda para ver de cerca el estudio de música al entrar al lugar , una banda tocaba una ritmo muy bailable, esto cautivo a curtis a tal punto que queria trabajar con el estudio cuando pudiera.

Con el pasar de los años curtis asistía al estudio por las tardes después de la escuela, ya era conocido por muchos como un joven curioso por la música , aunque solo era un espectador porque todavía no cumplía la mayoría de edad para trabajar , lo que no sabían es que curtis practicaba en secreto el canto y tocaba lo básico cualquier instrumento que se encontraba en el estudio.

Un día curtis se armo de valor y quiso pedirle trabajo al dueño del estudio , al acercarse este le dijo con una sonrisa -Primero termina la escuela luego hablamos de tu puesto de trabajo- esto le dio esperanza a curtis y mas motivación para terminar la escuela como el mejor estudiante. Pasaron los años y curtis llego al ultimo año de secundaria y llego la época de joven rebelde desde ese momento empezó a utilizar el estilo disco curtis, llego el día de la graduación y esa misma tarde se acerco al estudio para hablar con el dueño, -Como te lo prometí, serás mi ayudante acomodaras todo si eso no te molesta- dijo el dueño , esto no le molestaba a curtis porque el sabia que era su oportunidad para brillar.

Fue tal la confianza que dejaban a curtis para que cerrara el estudio lo cual el aprovechaba para usar todos los instrumentos y consolas para practicar , un día se le ocurrió grabar una canción todo fue experimental , usando como referencia los ritmos principales del disco pero agregando su propia composición, al día siguiente el productor llego temprano y encontró todo encendido y curtis durmiendo, se acerco a la consola para revisar que no fuera arruinado el trabajo de ayer pero al dar play escucho algo nuevo algo mejor un estilo que seria el inicio de la carrera de curtis.

A partir de ese momento curtis fue el artista mas joven contratado por el estudio , el productor dejo rienda suelta a la creatividad de curtis ya que conocía todo acerca de el proceso de creación, su primera canción llamada -Baila toda la noche- fue un éxito es todas las batallas discos , y lo demás es historia, el éxito de curtis fue gracias a su perseverancia y humildad para mantenerse constante solo siendo un simple espectador pero con la fe de que algún día llegaría su momento.
