I’m a LBJ fan, but I still think Antetokounmpo is MVP because he doesn’t take a minute off. LBJ has taken games off when he’s played this year. I would love to see LBJ win MVP and I think some of the numbers support that, but there’s no ignoring Antetokounmpo’s play. LBJ saying we don’t need these games to know where they are? Well you can say that if you’ve played perfect ball, but there are still lots of holes in the teams game that need help and consistency. To name three: Bench scoring - Jamal Crawford Three point scoring - JR Smith Consistent wing defenders - Jonathan Simmons Clippers are also picking up Joikim Noah to continue to bring support for Kawhi since he’s never really carried a team like LBJ. Noah is so they have a guy at the rim to try and take away LBJ’s driving game. I think if he Lakers are serious about winning it all this year, don’t be outdone by Jerry West in bringing all the support you can for your star. Jerry West has brought in every possible support to insure they win. Lakers should pickup the three I mentioned above to make them overwhelming favorites.
