I like to be rigid in making decisions, and even in my imagination, I try as much as possible to look into all the what if(s) before making a final decision about what I want. In creating my ideal country, there are certain things I would love to always be in place, and they include;
Order
Wealth Creation
Resource Utilization
Accountability.
I feel these things need to be checked on a continuous basis to provide a country worth living in.
For order, and accountability purposes, my ideal country would work on two systems of government which would include a Monarchy system of government and a parliamentary system of government. I for one would like to rule as the Monarchy, which I like to call the King-Emperor, although ultimate national economic power will lie with the king, but for accountability purposes, there will be a collection of princes/princesses who together have more power than the king. This second layer of power will be given to the Lord-Generals (as I like to call them) who will be seven in number, governing the seven realms that will make up my Ideal country.
Still, for accountability purposes, these Lord generals will not have ultimate power in their respective realms, thus power will further be shared among dukes who will be 12 in number for each realm. The dukes will be either known as lords or generals governing a region in the realm, which will mean the dukes together have power over the Lord-General as the Lord-Generals together have power over the King-Emperor.
The Parliamentary government will take Charge of all international affairs of the nation, and will be headed by the Prime Minister accompanied by the Senate and house of representatives. But then the third arm of government will be shared by both of monarchy and the Parliament for the sake of order and both systems will be accountable to each other to strike the balance in every area of national and international affairs.
Also, the monarchy will be hereditary, but the final positions which include the position of King-Emperor and Lord-General will be rotating around the realms and regions. The only hereditary position will be that of the lord who governs the regions under the realms
For wealth Creation and Resource Utilization, the monarchy will be structured at the grassroots of the nation, which will work in collaboration with the Parliament for international trade. The nation's resources will require manpower, from which the monarchy will ensure the nation gets, making sure citizens benefits from their own country's resources at both National and international level. With this, I think my imaginary county will be able to serve its citizens to the fullest.
