Uncertainty is a part of life, it can arise from different forms. One can be uncertain about the future, an issue and many others. Uncertainty can bring about fear of the unknown, stress and discomfort.

One of the ways I deal with uncertainty is by planning and preparation. I deal with uncertainty by planning and preparing for the end result even if I am unsure which scenario will actually occur.

Another way is to be positive. Uncertainty comes with fear but when one remembers past occurrences where uncertainty was successfully dealt with. It gives one positive mindset.
