Individuals are different and this makes our likes and dislikes differ. It is important that we recognize our strength, positive qualities and accomplishments. These are areas we can appreciate ourselves and these recognitions are a way of increasing our self confidence and self esteem.
WHAT I APPRECIATE ABOUT MYSELF
I appreciate the strengths and qualities I possess. For qualities, I like myself because I am kind, compassionate, honest,creative and intelligent. These are some of my personal qualities and they are what defines me and make me stand out from my family and friends. Everyone has his or her own unique qualities and these qualities greatly vary in people.
Also, I take so much pride in my skills and accomplishments. My passion for hair making has really helped me acquire a vocational skill. I put in all my interest in the learning process and I'm glad at my artistic abilities and growth.
I appreciate my academic achievement so much for being able to conquer all the obstacles that came my way and come out with a good grade. The experience I had wasn't a sweet one but at the end I was able to celebrate my success.
Possessing good qualities can have a positive impact in the life of other people. It uplifts, changes, and inspires others to live a positive and impactful life.
