Hey, today I'm going to show you some favourite yoga poses.
The first one is Eka hasta bhujasana - leg over shoulder balance. This is advanced pose. It requires strength, flexibility, concentration, balance and improves flexibility and balance..
The second one is Prasarita Trikonasana(revolved triangle pose). It gives us energy, increases our balance, stimulates the abdominal organs, it gives relief from problems related stomach, constipation.
And the third one is variation of Pristhasana(lizard pose). This is great pose to activate the reproductive system, improves flexibility, balance.
