Rolls with Swiss chard and smoked salmon

Today my parents brought some freshly picked Swiss chard from our garden and I decided to use it to make some of my favorite smoked salmon rolls.

I scalded the Swiss chard briefly, then chopped it up and put it in the blender, along with two eggs and a pinch of salt.

I beat until a smooth mixture was obtained.

In a pan covered with baking paper, I spread the mixture and put it in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

After the thin base cooled, I carefully separated it from the paper.

I spread it with cream cheese to which I had added black pepper and a few cloves of garlic.

I put the pieces of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese.

I rolled up and cut into pieces.
