However, the creation of the sense of taste does not stop there, in my opinion, the meaning of the creation of the sense of taste in humans is more complex, because the tongue will send signals to the brain to feel 'happy' from food that is full of flavor.
The sensation when we eat something delicious will bring us feelings of happiness, feel good and feel that we have an obligation to self love, through what we eat. On the contrary, it must be portioned properly so that it is not under control and results in excess food and damage to our body's system through eating excessive food.
By the way, talking about self love, there is another thing that makes me happy, a gift for myself, namely doing my best in the kitchen, especially when it comes to baking some cake or bread. Maybe you often see me cooking savory, deeper than that, actually I like baking cake or bread, but I'm stupid enough to do it because maybe I'm not trained enough. Making cake or bread is much more difficult than I thought, because you have the right composition and a lot of patience.
You know, today I tried to make an interesting bread, if you really know that I like bread filled with meat or chicken, like the floss bread in the bakery shop. However, I saw this bread stuffed with meat on the YouTube channel of an expert taking videos at a bakery in Japan. Bun Japan is most famous for its various fillings.
I call it bread stuffed with chicken, covered with a sprinkle of sesame, I think this is a food that makes your stomach full, sweet and savory in one bite. It's a wrap!
Ingredients:
- 250 gr high protein wheat flour
- 100 gr butter
- 2 of eggs
- 50 gr sugar
- 7 gr or 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 1 tsp powdered milk
- 130 ml of water
- 250 gr chicken breast
- Ground spices; garlic, shallots and coriander.
- Leeks, vegetable oil, salt, chicken stock and a little of chili powder
How to make bread stuffed with chicken with sesame on top:
- Make the chicken filling: saute the ground ingredients in a little oil, then add the chicken that has been in the chopper, then add salt, leeks, chili powder to the chicken stock. Then cool it as a bread filling this time.
- Make the bread dough, the same as the bread I usually make, mix the wheat flour, sugar and instant yeast first and then stir until smooth. Don't add salt because it will make the instant yeast not work well.
- Then add a little water, slowly so that the dough doesn't get too wet or watery, add the powder milk, butter and salt, then stir continue until the dough is smooth and elastic, takes 30 minutes process.
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes until it rises, take a little dough for 1 portion, then fill with stir-fried chicken filling. Rest again for 15 minutes, while waiting for the oven to reach a stable temperature to bake the bread.
- Before entering the oven, sprinkle sesame seeds and egg yolk over the bread. Bake for 3 minutes using a temperature of 180 Celsius.
- Chicken stuffed bread with sesame on top is ready to be served.
