Today is a good day, I think that every Friday is a good day, because I think this is a day where we will meet on the weekend and can relax without working. Friday always brings positive vibes, because we will think that tomorrow is the time to have fun, so when at the office, even though it's tiring, I will always think that tomorrow I can wake up later than usual and enjoy my time to rest without thinking about work.
Of course, Friday is a tiring day in the morning, because every Friday I schedule my personal training to do leg day, as you know leg day will really thrill my heart. I like leg training btw, because it doesn't feel like a short time will also use up energy.
After getting thoroughly slaughtered with leg training today, of course I rested a bit before doing more work. Yas, now i become a freelancer in an online store, just to fill in the free time. Before work, i go to the gym and cook for lunch and dinner one at a time. Because this leg training is so strenuous, I must to fill my energy with lots of protein. Yes, after leg training, I drink 1 scoop of 20g protein and fill up on other protein from food.
Usually I like to fill my daily protein with chicken breast, tofu, tempeh, eggs and fish. I want to be consistent in high-protein foods, so it's not just one menu either. most people are just monotonous in one type, not so with me. I explore various menus to get complete macro and micro nutrients, so a balanced diet is the best for the body.
Today, I plan to make tofu full of spices, so that it is full of flavour, plus some other animal protein from quail eggs. So, it would be great fun to enjoy lunch with a menu like that, right?
I have a lot of quail eggs at home, yesterday my cousin give me some quail eggs that she say she got from the livestock she had done in the past few months. It's nice that these quail eggs are the work of my cousin, so I made them a delicious menu, of course I put tofu as the main ingredient. So, in making this recipe, you can use some simple ingredients, such as;
- 5 boxes of silken tofu (about 250 gr)
- 10 quail eggs
- 1 chicken egg
- Red chili paste, onions, garlic
- Pepper, coriander, salt and mushroom stock
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- The first thing to do is to boil quail eggs so that they are cook, because quail eggs are the main topping in make food this time. I boil them in hot water for 10 minutes, then I soak them in cold water so that the eggshells can be easily peeled off. After that wash with boiled water quail eggs so that the rest of the skin does not stick.
- The prepared tofu is then mashed using a fork, topped with chopped onions, finely chopped garlic, chili paste, coriander, salt, oyster sauce and mushroom stock. Mix all the ingredients into a dough, lastly add the chicken eggs so that all the ingredients stick perfectly and don't break. By the way, you can add vegetables what do you like.
- Take a tray for making muffin cakes, then brush with oil or butter, just a little so the fat doesn't get too much. Then put the dough into it, put a boil quail egg on top of the dough. Give a slice chilli on top too.
- Bake minimal for 20 minutes with 150 degree celcius until cooked to your like.
- Remove the dough from the tray, then place it on a plate and serve! You can enjoy this recipe for lunch today.
